Professor Dennis E. Logue "I have worked with Ken Gartrell for approximately one half dozen years. He is energetic and a very talented analyst with strong skills in accounting and financial economics. Moreover, I have always found him pleasant to work with; he's a decent human being." Ph.D. (Cornell) - Dean Logue was most recently Steven Roth Professor of Management at Tuck and has also served as associate dean of business at the Ivy League school. He is past national president of the Financial Management Association (FMA), the largest and most highly regarded national association of management professionals, and has been named an FMA fellow. His research lies in the area of corporate finance and corporate governance. His most recent book is Managing Pension Plans (Oxford University Press, 2004) and he has published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Business and Journal of Portfolio Management. |

| Dean Logue has served as corporate treasurer of DTSS Inc. He was a senior partner in the consulting firm of Berkowitz, Logue and Associates. He has consulted with firms like Citibank, ATT, General Electric Credit Corp., the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Paris Stock Exchange. He has held endowed faculty positions at Dartmouths Tuck School since 1974 and served as associate dean from 1989 to 1993. He also has held visiting faculty positions at Georgetown University, the University of Virginia and the University of California, Berkeley. He is a founder of Ledyard National Bank in Hanover, NH. He now serves as a member of the board of directors of Sallie Mae and Waddell & Reed Financial Corp, Abraxas Petroleum, and the Graduate Management Admissions Council. |
