BBE, LLP Operating Philosophy Each of the Partners of BBE, LLP has held a senior position in one or more of the larger economic and/or management consulting firms. We have decided as a matter of personal philosophy to move away from that operating environment and to focus our energies on clients who already maintain a degree of sophistication in our areas of expertise and/or are willing students intent on maximizing the value of our efforts. We use technology wisely and we are attuned to the ever decreasing cost of information and communications as a means of managing project costs. We also employ staff leverage as needed, but never more than is needed to satisfy the demands for quality that we share with our clients. In our selection of staff, we choose only the most skilled and motivated people. We also approach our work with enthusiasm and personality. Our emphasis is on both quality and efficiency. Like our best, and most preferred clients, we provide and enjoy high value for our services as a result of our approach to the work. Much of this value comes from the joy of working with clients who share our manner and enjoy our company in what can sometimes be very demanding situations of intense analytical work and preparation. |
